1. How will I receive my certificate?

Once your order is completed and payment is successfully processed, your personalized certificate will be sent to you as a digital file via email within 24 to 48 hours.

Additionally, as soon as the payment is completed, you can download the certificate directly from our website. However, please note that if you are not registered as a customer, you will only have access to the download during your current session.

Be sure to save the file immediately to avoid losing access.

2. Can I customize the certificate?

Yes, you can provide the name of the person for whom the certificate is intended during the order process.

The personalization will appear on the certificate as specified.

3. Are physical certificates available?

Yes, physical certificates are available.

Please note that we have the certificates printed by our external partner and send them by post.

Please note that pysical certificates are still in the beta phase. As soon as we have received your order, we will send you an e-mail so that you can provide us with the correct delivery adress.

The delivery time is normally between 2 and 7 weeks, depending on the delivery adress.

8. What happens to the money I pay?

A portion of the revenue is pooled to purchase land in Switzerland for conservation projects once at least 5,000 orders have been placed.

If this goal is not reached, the funds will be redirected toward other environmental or conservation initiatives.
