Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) for Alpine Master Title
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the legal relationship between Sannwald Trading and our customers regarding the purchase of the symbolic title “Alpine Master” and “Alpine Masters” and the symbolic land share. By placing your order, you agree to these T&Cs.
2.1 Symbolic Title:
The “Alpine Master” and “Alpine Masters” title is purely symbolic and holds no legal or official status. The title is intended for personal enjoyment or as a gift and entails no rights or obligations.
2.2 Symbolic Land Share:
The customer symbolically acquires a small land share in Switzerland. This does not constitute a legally binding land purchase, and the customer gains no ownership or usage rights to any property.
2.3 Certificate:
Upon purchasing the title and symbolic land share, you will receive a personalized certificate confirming the symbolic nature of your order.
3.1 A big portion of the revenue is pooled to purchase land in Switzerland for conservation projects once a sufficient number of orders (minimum 5,000) have been placed.
3.2 If the goal is not reached, we reserve the right to allocate the collected funds to other conservation or environmental projects. Refunds to customers will not be issued in this case. In this case, we will definitely announce what the money has been used for.
3.3 The land purchase will be conducted by our company, and the land will remain owned by us or a conservation organization designated by us. Customers do not acquire any legal ownership rights to the land.
4.1 By placing an order through our website, you submit a binding offer to purchase our products. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance (e.g., through an email confirmation).
5.1 All prices include statutory VAT (if applicable) and are displayed in the currency specified during the ordering process.
5.2 Payment is processed via third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, or other methods offered on our website). By using these services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.
5.3 Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received. In case of payment delays or issues with the payment provider, order processing may be postponed until payment is confirmed.
5.4 Any additional fees or charges imposed by your chosen payment provider (e.g., currency conversion fees) are the responsibility of the customer.
6.1 The certificate will be provided in digital format via email. Currently, physical certificates are not available. Should physical certificates be offered in the future, additional shipping costs may apply.
6.2 Delivery times for the digital certificate may vary slightly depending on processing time but are typically fulfilled within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
7.1 Customers residing in Switzerland or the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the product.
7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us in writing (e.g., via email). The cost of returning physical products is borne by the customer.
7.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products (e.g., personalized certificates). For digital certificates, the right of withdrawal is waived once the product has been delivered and the customer has agreed to the immediate execution of the contract.
8.1 We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. Our liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
8.2 We accept no liability for claims arising from the use of the “Alpine Master” or “Alpine Masters” title or certificate (e.g., in cases of misuse or unauthorized use).
9.1 Your personal data will be used exclusively to process your order and communicate with you. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10.1 Swiss law applies, excluding international private law.
10.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Kloten, Switzerland.
10.3 Should any provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
